- Assisting Human Capital in hiring new talent to reinforce the existing team (interviews, technical challenges, …) and identifying areas of new training.
- Deal with peaks and valleys of work and suggest new hires according to demand.
- Foster decentralisation of knowledge, making sure no one is a single point of failure – or success in your team.
- Prepare forecast, budget, KPIs, reporting projects.
- Deal with daily needs of your team members (material, holidays, work trips).
