Service Line Manager

Job Description

Background in Running a Delivery team.
• Ability to have a customer conversation on transition, workplace solutions, transformation and automation.
• Multi Lingual Service Desk skills, IM, PM, CM, with good knowledge of ITSM tools.
• Field Support mode of operations and on boarding.
• Ability to create a transition plan in response to an RFP
• Create a solution / transformation project plan / Create BOM / Create and Validate SoW on at least 3 of the following technologies.
o Active directory deployment, Azure AD, ADFS
o Hybrid Exchange with O365, Office Pro Plus deployment, SFB, Yammer, SharePoint
o Windows 7-10 imaging & Mass Roll out, SCCM 2016, and or Altiris, BigFix
o XenApp 11.x, XenDesktop, and or Netscalar, AppV, Appsense
o MDM skills in Airwatch, Good, iOS, MobileIron, MaaS365


Core Skill - Microsoft EMS along with security technologies
• Active Directory
• SharePoint
• Windows 10
• O365
• OneDrive for business & Understanding of Virtualisation and cloud technologies from Amazon, IBM, Citrix & Microsoft
