As AGreenHand’s Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be part of a high energy, growing marketing team tasked with amplifying our brand. You will look to find unique and creative ways to bring awareness and rapidly build our digital channels to attract our key user and buyer audiences. The role will report to the SVP of Marketing. Manage the global strategy, execution and maintenance of AGreenHand’s digital channels - website, blog, social channels
Define and develop demand generation plan designed to drive top of funnel leads and accelerate pipeline.
Execute highly-targeted marketing campaigns, including email, webcasts, and paid search and social.
Drive rapid growth in our audience acquisition across key personas
Implement, optimize and closely monitor digital channel performance and drive improvement of conversions, with focus on Search and Social channels like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
Improve digital conversion metrics, focused on pipeline and revenue generation.
Partner with other marketing team members to support integrated campaigns. and advise on the best use of digital tactics to support objectives
Develop and collaborate with team on content optimized for digital channels (video, graphics, presentations and more)
Monitor, analyze and communicate web and social performance results via weekly, quarterly reporting.
Skills and Background
Extensive experience in driving digital campaigns to drive rapid audience acquisition, conversion, and pipeline growth
Expert, hands-on user of search platforms (AdWords/Bing) and social media advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with very strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and ROI attribution.
Deep understanding of SEO and SEM strategies, including search engine bidding strategies and implementation.
Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-team management skills.
Experience with Google Analytics, Wordpress (or other CMS system), Marketo, Salesforce, Hushly, UberFlip and Microsoft Office.
Strong copywriting and editing skills to assist with writing of short and long form content, webcopy, and blogs
Domain expertise a plus: Analytics, Data Science, Data Integration, Marketing/ Sales Analytics, Cyber Security Analytics markets
