On behalf of our client, a truly remote online casino operator, we are recruiting for iGaming Experienced Customer Service Agents. The position is fully remote working and has been pre-pandemic! The company has a small office base; however, the entire workforce has been remote since the company’s inception.

The role of Senior Customer Support Agent requires someone with a solid Online Casino background and understanding in order to provide an above and beyond one point of contact resolution!

Responsibilities:

Answering customer’s enquiries via email and live chat.
Providing customer support on all aspect of the player experience.
Verifying customer accounts and processing payments.
Crediting Bonuses and Free Spins to Players.
Assisting in fraud and risk management.
Taking care of VIP players.
Promoting responsible gambling.

Requirements:

Previous customer related experience within an online casino
Customer focused approach.
Previous VIP Experience is a big plus.
Impeccable English – written and spoken.
Superb problem solving skills.
Ability to work independent and as a part of a team.
Be able to handle stress.
Previous experience with Crypto is a major plus.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
