Senior Corporate Executive

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Corporate Executive who will be highly motivated and organized individual who will form part of a professional team.

Setting up of companies, preparation and submission of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations as is required;
Opening / closure of bank accounts and liaising with various banks daily;
Maintaining company registers;
Co-coordinating and handling day-to-day client requests in relation to their companies;
Attending corporate client meetings and keeping of minutes of board meetings and preparing company resolutions;
Collection and verification of due diligence conducted as part of our know-your-client procedures;
Very good background of onboarding processes and AML matters;
Preparation of the documents to be submitted to IRD, VAT Department and other authorities;
Preparing documents in relation to transactions, including minutes and resolutions;
Preparing and filing of statutory forms and reports in a timely manner;
Overseeing the effective management of a team and ensuring that at all times a professional service is provided to both clients and intermediaries;
Being responsible to drive a number of internal projects and remaining updated on any corporate developments which have a direct or indirect impact of the department and its operations;
Providing induction training to new team members and providing on-going support to members in the team;
Ensuring team members adhere to the policies and procedures in place;
Reviewing work that has been prepared;
Reviewing and improving internal procedures within the department as well as existing procedures between other departments;
Assisting the Head of Corporate in preparing monthly statistics on targets set for the team;
Assisting the Head of Corporate in implementing strategy and business development initiatives for the department;
Coordinating all new business enquiries received;
Overseeing the administration and review of complex client structures.

Requirements

Requirements

Must be in possession of a qualification in a similar field
3-4 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent organization skills
Fluent in English while any other language will be considered as an asset
Able to work independently and delegate duties to the corporate team
Good time management skills and able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal and an eye for detail;
Able to take own initiative
Microsoft Proficient
