For our SIoT organization we are currently looking for a Sales Representative who would be based in Stockholm.

In this role you will focus on
a. Driving all sales activities with an own set of small- to mid-sized target accounts and
b. Supporting the Nordic Account Development Manager (ADM) and Regional Distribution Manager (RDM) Team within the defined target verticals, applications and accounts with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
Besides managing the own set of selected small- to mid-sized accounts and supporting the ADM/RDM team on extraction and conversion accounts, the Sales Rep is working closely with all business related functions, such as:
Product Management on pricing, quotes, growth initiatives and portfolio adjustments
Field Application Engineers to generate demand for focus products and New Product Introductions (NPIs)
Quality functions to drive issues at selected accounts to closure
Inside Sales team on leads and growth initiatives
Customer Care team to assist on delivery issues and sample deliveries which require sales support
In this role you will be responsible for the Annual Operation Plan for your own set of customers as well as the generation of new business opportunities with his set of accounts and selected accounts of the ADM team.
Key is to support the relationship with our target accounts to position SIoT as supplier of choice for sensing and switch solutions by understanding the critical success factors and providing a differentiated offering, based on our focus products and NPIs.

In this role, you will need a huge degree of motivation, teaming capabilities and self-confidence with high level of integrity and a large breadth of knowledge, experience and expertise.


You have worked in a customer interfacing role: either inside sales or outside sales
You have experience in working with CRM-Tools – i.e. on a regular basis
You have an engineering degree in disciplines related to the sensing business – i.e.: Electronics, Automation, Electro mechanics or Mechatronics – but, your working experience may compensate the lack of a degree!
You are steadily striving to do your work in a growth oriented culture to constantly generate and drive growth initiatives
You have gained technical knowledge and know-how in one or more of the following market segments: industrial automation, aerospace, medical equipment and/or transportation and the associated sensor technologies is highly appreciated.
You need be fluent in English and Swedish
You are accustomed to work with multi-national companies, especially in a virtual team
You have excellent communication and presentation skills both internal and external
You are willing to travel (min. 20% customer facing time)
