Sales Operations Manager

Job Description

You will

1. Constantly tracking and growing the overall net profits of our products; this is done via metric dashboards you will create, monitor and optimize
2. Overseeing the communications between our Partnerships organizer and our Marketing Ops; this is done to ensure newly gathered knowledge can be converted properly into robust systems
3. Constantly networking new relationships with niche partners; in order to augment the relationships being procured by our Partnerships organizer
4. Documenting your learnings and procedures carefully to lead and improve relevant departments
5. Recruiting or evaluating candidates for the relevant departments under your leadership


What we are looking for in candidates

1. Superb written and high articulation skills
2. A background or experience in direct sales or marketing
3. Skilled at leading and managing people of diverse backgrounds and mindsets in order to grow our KPIs.
4. Background in impulse-driven niches is a huge plus; examples include bizopp, weight loss, alternative health, personal development, etc.
5. Tenacious at personal networking when needed in order to discover knowledge on how to solve unforeseen problems
6. Creativity to find sustainable ways to fix unforeseen issues and exceptions that may arise.
7. Attention to detail is a must; for eliminating error rates of departments under your leadership
