An international tech company is seeking to recruit a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for IT and Security and have an affinity for being a mentor within a fast-paced sales environment, then we want to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
General sales floor operational functions.
Report requirements to analyse Sales Team KPIs / metrics
Create and maintain a global sales lead allocation process
Provide recommendations and act based on strategic objectives on forecast or performance metrics
Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials
Assist with onboarding new sales talent
Work towards measurable sales targets with the Sales Team
Work with Management and Finance to develop sales incentive programs, commission plans and maintaining these.
Assist with Salesforce administration and project prioritisation
An exceptional command of Microsoft Office with a special focus on Excel
An excellent command of English, both verbal and written
A general ability with SQL database queries will be considered a strong asset
Salesforce CRM use/administration/management experience
Able to work within a time-based work environment
A passion for technology in general with an aptitude to learn about product and market
