Production Line Manager

Job Description


Management, leadership and motivation of line staff in direct collaboration with team leaders and HR representatives (planning, breaks, overtime, transfers);
 Constantly pursuing productivity optimization, establishing a positive and progressive dynamics within the production line (continuous improvement);
Planning daily production by organizing flows and activities with team leaders;
Optimization of production quality and delays according to the objectives and performance standards defined by the factory manager
Active collaboration on preparing to implement improvements and to meet objectives within deadlines;
He maintains a close collaboration of his own team with the quality control officer and quality control counselors (compliance with quality standards and standards);
Identifies his / her own training needs according to the job requirements he / she occupies and the personal goals, making an objective self-evaluation;
Is concerned with its own continuous training, documentation in the field of activity and about the legislation in force by individual study and participation in courses and trainings organized by the company or external providers of professional training services in order to optimize the individual performances and to train or developing job-specific abilities;
Is informed about the company's specific legislation, regulations and procedures (RI, production procedures, company sales policy, internal decisions and working procedures on the field of competence, including on the collaboration with the other structures within the company and the management of the group workplace, health and safety rules, PSI rules) and proves that he knows them and applies them
Facilitates and coordinates regular meetings with subordinates. Guides and supports the team in setting priorities and achieving the goals set;
Monitors and evaluates the work of subordinate staff to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality requirements by making proposals to the immediate superior regarding promotions, sanctions, training needs, etc .;
Contributes to motivating subordinates;


Qualifications / skills required:
Minimum 10 years of specialized experience;
Minimum 1 year experience in coordination;
Advanced English Language
Good technical knowledge in the field
Excellent Office Excel Knowledge
