We are looking for a Personnel and Social Manager to support and mentor staff. You will be responsible for organising various social events with the aim of encouraging a positive working environment. You will also be a strong mediator and able to develop efficient solutions by listening to, and answering staff queries.
What is expected of you?
Hold meetings, both proactively and as requested by staff members.
Supports and advises the staff on how to potentially solve issues and problems that arise.
Act to safeguard the interests of the employees.
Contribute to maintaining and developing a positive corporate culture.
Conduct company induction and termination appraisal interviews.
Be involved in all official employee team-building activities.
Handle and analyse key issues and report on any unsolved issues
Prepare and organise health-promoting activities for the Head Office.
Implement strategies developed by the Head Office
Write articles for staff info publications when needed
Participate in internal staff meetings and training sessions.
What are you expected to bring?
Excellent command of written and spoken Maltese, English and Italian.
Able to travel for training for up to 3 months.
Able to travel around 6 to 8 times yearly for meetings.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Able to work on own initiative and in a team environment.
Hands on approach.
Experience in Human Resources setup will be considered an asset
