As a first year rep, you will utilize your strengths and our company training to:
• Sell door-to-door pest control services to prospective customers
• Work a minimum of 40 hours a week and willing to work during holidays
• Provide excellent customer service to client base and handle objections effectively
• Master sales techniques and improve communication skills, leadership qualities, and time management

Requirements

What Aptive is looking for:
• Sell door-to-door pest control services to prospective customers
• Experience in door to door sales or client service environment (Preferred)
• Passion for people and outstanding customer service skills
• Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success

• Average entry level representatives average $18,000 - $26,000 in a summer (12 weeks), while top entry level representatives earn upwards of $35,000+ in a summer (12 weeks). This is not a salaried position.
