We are seeking to recruit a Junior Recruitment Executive that will be involved in the full recruitment process, attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill job openings. If you think you have what it takes, we want to hear from you.
What is expected of you?
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media
Implement recruiting initiatives, while maintaining HR recruiting best practices
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Be responsible for the Onboarding of new employees (though the current HR Induction)
Provide analytical and well documented reports to the HR Manager
Promote company’s reputation
Other duties as signed by the HR Manager
What are you expected to bring?
Min of 1 year Experience in Interviewing
Able to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based etc)
Able to work under pressure while running different recruitment campaigns simultaneously
Able to conduct presentations and have experience with public speaking
Good organisation skills
Fluency in both Maltese and English
