Our client is looking for a Joinery Manager with a strong joinery and commercial awareness to join their team. If you have an understanding of best practices of construction and installation of joinery and associated integrated materials, we want to hear from you.
What is expected of you?
Management of all members of the team including Sub Contractors
Able to produce high standards of workmanship through the team
Able to organise manpower, prepare/order materials, organise access requirements and Sub Contractors
Able to care for and communicate well with our customers
Able to understand working drawings and communicate information to team members
An understanding of Building and H&S requirements, to maintain safe working practices while insuring H&S paperwork is kept up to date
Able to work to strict deadlines
Personable, positive, organised and resourceful problem solver
Capable of managing a team, while being a team player
Experience in a management or foreman role
Extensive experience in joinery installation work and fitting bespoke joinery
Basic Excel knowledge
