We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Specialist to join our Global Sales Team.

You will be based in our Wokingham offices.

Role Overview:
To meet the next phase of our growth strategy, we require an Inside Sales Specialist to continue and contribute to our year on year growth as an organisation.

The Inside Sales Specialist will join our Global Sales Team and be based in our Wokingham office.

You will be selling The Virtual Forge key service offerings of Data Intelligence, Cloud Enablement, Software Development and UX Design to large enterprise organisations and key decision makers. The role will be focused on generating high-quality leads and supporting lead generation campaigns. This will be through a high level of phone contact and smart use of social media networking.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

Target Achievement
B2B Outbound calls
Creation and Qualification of Sales Opportunities
Secure and support appointments for the global sales team
Follow up on marketing campaigns and assist the sales team with leads from strategic accounts
Take ownership of sales data and CRM systems
Expertly utilise market research, social and web tools to connect with key prospects and build an accurate database of contacts
Contribute to RFP’s as required

Education and Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Goal orientated
Highly organised, proactive and self-motivated
Ambitious, career-focused and wants to succeed
