Inside Sales Representative with Native French

Job Description

We are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative for a vehicle tracking management with a native level of French. You will be responsible for generating "sales ready" leads for the field sales force.

Our client is a multinational web fleeting and vehicle tracking management company based in Barcelona.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

-Effective in- and outbound call handling to build up a healthy pipeline and deliver consistent results;
-Handle each call following the guidelines provided with respect to the preparation, introduction, question-asking and closing techniques to create awareness of the advantages of implementing a fleet management system and to qualify the lead obtaining all the relevant information
-Organize and handle live/online demos with prospects
-Prepare and send quotes and contracts to prospects
-Negotiate and close new subscription contracts
-Log all mandatory and optional data in the correct manner in the internal software systems.
-Understand how our customers are organized in order to identify the right contact person
-Follow up of the whole sales process

Requirements

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

-Native level of French
-Self-motivation, tenacity and persuasion
-Be an excellent team player
-Have a positive attitude
-Have intermediate to advanced software skills
-Be able to identify the prospects’ particular situation of the Company
-Ideally, have 1-2 years of relevant experience, for example in Telemarketing, Telesales or Customer Support
-Understand how our customers’ are organized in order to identify the right contact person
-Having a university degree and/or speaking more than one of the relevant target market languages is a plus.
