entertainment industries – we are looking for iGaming Platform User Support
Representative with Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian and Portuguese.
We’re looking for social and friendly candidates who enjoy helping others and have a great
attitude towards people and work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist clients via live chat and email correspondence – no inbound or outbound calls;
* Deliver the best possible experience for the company’s players;
* Gather feedback and input from players to improve service offering;
* Keep up to date with new information and policies;
* Operate with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and fidelity;
* Work autonomously and prioritize effectively;

Requirements

Requirements:
* Fluency in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian or Portuguese;
* Proficient to fluent in English;
* Previous customer support experience would be a plus but is not necessary;
* Good basic computer knowledge is needed;
* Ability to work on flexible shifts 5 days per week.
