As Front Desk Assistant, you 'll provide a wide variety of administrative and operational support across all the company.

· Front office:
- Reception: Switchboard, attention and control of visits, preparation and control of badges…
- Coordination of shipments: preparation, reception and sending of couriers.
- Control goods receivals
- Office Material: Stock control, orders, budgets...
- Office Supplies: Fruit, coffee, water,...
- Purchases (P.O.R.) list of materials under SG order number, updating of the shopping list, control of quality
- Office maintenance (works Management/minor works, cleaning, water sources...)
- Library: Purchase of books, listings, loans
- Punctual services to the staff: rent of flats, various paperwork, assistance with banks and official entities, medical appointments, events organization, ....
Skills to Create the Difference:
We are looking for a professional with:
· Languages: Spanish & advanced level of English.
· Domain of office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Proactive, with ability to adapt to different working styles and environments
· Committed, Enthusiastic & Diplomatic
· Experience in a similar position (3 - 5 years)
· Schedule: 9.00 - 18.00
