Our client, a multinational and well established company, is seeking to recruit several Technical Support Agents to tend their clients' queries;


Provide 1st line technical support to clients
Deal directly with clients’ queries either by telephone or electronically
Analyzing customer needs, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and actions taken
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


French native level preferred or Bilingual verbal and written
English high level, verbal and written
Some experience providing technical support first line and/or qualifications related to IT
Soft skills: customer-focused mindset, listening, phone skills, verbal and written communication, building relationships, problem solving, multi-tasking
Availability to start working immediately
Availability to work on shift bases Monday to Friday – 8,00am to 8,00pm
4 weeks of training provided
Long term contract
