Financial Team Leader (English)

The Company.

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Financial Team Leader speaking English and another EU language.

The Job.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for your assigned region to provide customer service for purchase to pay function.

Your responsibilities:

– You will manage the team providing them a first level support on daily inquiries coming from suppliers, internal teams, buyers
– You will ensure that expenses are processed in the right way and on time
– You will perform an internal audits of credit cards
– You will be supporting buyers and stakeholders on various queries
– You will be supporting internal teams in the use of the Expense tool
– You will be reviewing process related documentation

Your Profile.

– You have a degree Business Administration or equivalent
– You have 5-6 years’ experience in customer service and-or finance
– You have Accounting/Finance related background (would be a plus)
– You are expert in MS Office + ERP experience
– You have an eye for detail, able to perform numerical tasks
– You have a positive and a team-player attitude
