Experienced MiVoice Business Support Engineer (Remote job)

For one of our clients – a company that offers complex and strategic IT solutions – we are looking for Mitel MiVoice Business Support Engineer with English.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Support the full suite of Mitel MiVoice Business servers and applications;
* Assist with maintenance, software installation and replacement, including hardware related cases;
* Perform troubleshooting and document cases according to the established procedures;
* Collaborate with other teams in order to provide sufficient resolutions;
* Process ticket queues in a timely manner.


* Proficiency in English;
* Proven track record of delivering complex, application led Mitel MiVoice Business solutions;
* Mitel MCS/MCP (equivalent of) certification, preferably MiVoice Business;
* Strong networking/IT background;
* Problem diagnostic and resolution capabilities;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Previous experience on the same or a similar position.
