Afflight, a company that unites engineers who create tech products and build software companies across several industry verticals, some of which are used by millions of individuals globally, is looking for a Junior HR/Recruitment Specialist who will be an asset to the HR Team.
Source recruitment leads and define job requirements
Screen applicants by accessing their resumes, tracking their application status, pre-assessing their completed work sample tasks
Process existing resume base, identify potential candidates
Do personalized outreach in English to candidates, respond to applicants' questions
Conduct introductory interviews
Collaborate with team leads to develop job descriptions
Post job listings on job boards and social media sites
Search LinkedIn, UpWork, and other professional sites for applicants
Observe new trends in IT and HR, provide feedback for the existing recruitment software
We're looking for someone with:
A minimum 1-year of experience in HR/recruitment or related BA degree
Excellent communication skills
Responsible working style, outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
Capacity to handle high-pressure situations calmly and methodically
Ability to understand complex systems
Strategic planning skills and extreme attention to detail
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Readiness to follow instructions
Nice to haves
A basic technical background
Prior experience at a growth-stage internet/software company
