Getting Paid
Be rewarded for your hard work with a yearly salary that includes quarterly and yearly
Bonuses. This holds the keys for you to be able to save up to $14,886.09 a year
while maintaining an extremely comfortable life. Quit sweating over saving

Competitive salary between 12,000-18,000rmb depending on the city and your qualification
Housing allowance 2,000-3,000rmb/month depending on qualification
Quarterly performance bonus of 2,500rmb depending on the performance

Pre-job training: Introduction Camp with fellow foreign teachers - make lifelong
friends (5-7days)
On-job training: Twice a month (Regional and National)
Professional Training & Teaching Seminar: Usually for trainer position, 2-3 times a year.

Receive ongoing support before and after you arrive in China. This makes it easy for
you to get help with visas and transitioning to a new life in China which lets you avoid headaches navigating the visa process and so you feel welcomed from day 1 from the very start of your China journey. Basically…know that you are in good hands even before you start officially working since you will have a supportive team backing you from the start. Life and Work Balance
Spend 35 hours a week in the classroom while enjoying 22 Holidays makes it a snap for
you to have plenty of free time for yourself which lets you spend more time
developing yourself, your hobbies, or new friendships (or even travel).
Basically- choose how you spend your free time. This isn’t a job that defines
your identity but only expands it with the new hobbies, new interests, and
other passions you can also pursue in your free time.

11 days Chinese National holidays+10 days of annual leave +1 day Christmas off
On-going training and professional development
Career development opportunities in teaching, course development, regional trainer
35 working hours per week.
2 days off every week, usually on weekdays.
Two types of shift work:
Morning shift: 9/10 AM – 5/6 PM
Evening shift: 1/2 PM – 9/10 PM
Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students.
Make a corresponding learning plan according to the level of each student.
Be responsible for the teaching of English, including listening, speaking, writing, etc.
Fulfill one to one teaching and make adjustments based on the different situation of each student as well as their requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or above degrees
