Our client is an international company specialized in information and communication technology, which offers technology products, solutions, and services. They are looking for customer support with a native level of French.

The Job.

Your missions:

– Assist customers through phone and/or chat regarding different queries
– Provide technical support and escalate issues if necessary
– Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries.

The Offer.

– Type of contract: 6-month contract, renewable
– Working hours: full time on rotating shifts (depending on the project)
– Salary: 800€ base salary + 200€ language bonus + 40.99€ shift bonus + meal voucher (gross/month) in Lisbon
– Salary: 650€ base salary + 200€ language bonus + 40.99€ shift bonus + meal voucher (gross/month) in Braga

The Profile.

For this role, the Company is looking for professional and friendly individuals with empathy and the ability to multitask.

– You are a native French speaker with an advanced level of English
– You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
– You have a good knowledge of MS office package
– You have an interest in the technology
