Customer Support Agent with German/Dutch or Polish

Job Description

We are searching for high-energy, self-motivated individualds to join our client’s rapidly expanding team as Customer support representatives. This person will be responsible for delivering a consistent level of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent language, phone, and email skills, along with an understanding in qualifying customer opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Answer customer questions via phone, email and live chat by providing accurate, valid and complete information;
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Ensure that customers are satisfied and happy.


Fluency in German/Dutch or Polish
Very good command of English;
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
High school degree;
Experience in the field of customer service is a big advantage.
