Customer Service Officer

Job Description

If you are customer oriented and have strong communication and customer skills, we are looking to recruit Customer Service Officer for one of our clients in Malta. If you feel you are a good fit to perform, we at Ceek want to hear from you.

What is expected of you?
Support existing and new customers by requesting and checking relevant documentation, perform basic AML and KYC due diligence, sett up new accounts and keep applicants informed of the status of the account opening
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and secure messages
Handle customer enquiries, manage and resolve customer complaints, escalate technical issues and provide customers with products and services information
Update customer information, check customer details and accounts through the Bank’s systems
Support the Bank’s marketing and commercial plan by promoting Bank’s products

Requirements

What are you expected to bring?

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Maltese and English
Strong attention to detail
Strong business and customer focus
Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Willingness to work flexible hours
Previous experience in a customer service role will be considered an asset
