The Role:

• Responding to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information while answering calls, emails and instant chat messages,
• Proactively contacting customers via phone and chat following a structured sales process.

The Person:

• Native level Finnish and well-spoken English,
• Excellent interpersonal skills,
• High level of communication skills, both written and verbal,
• Target driven with proven experience of working towards and achieving individual and team targets,
• Experience in Customer Support will be considered an asset,
• Availability to work in shifts.
