* Answer customer questions via phone, email and live chat by providing accurate, valid and complete information;
* Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
* Ensure that customers were satisfied and happy.


* Fluency in Dutch, Swedish or French
* Excellent command in English;
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
* High school degree;
* Experience in the field of customer service is a big advantage.
