CSR Network Manager

Job Description

Your Mission
You will ensures the steering of the CSR Program deployment for SG EBS and SG GSC and ensures the required means for it, coordinates the actions of people in various streams both in Romania and India, also you will act as SPOC for the Network with France CSR Central Management team.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Promotes the CSR Culture and animates the CSR Community in the Network ;
• Responsible for the deployment, overall coherence and continuous improvement of CSR Governance;
• Elaborates and ensures the implementation of Internal and Group Norms, Governance, Budget and principles with a focus on roles and responsibilities around each stream of CSR activity;
• Implement the required principles for all Network CSR projects;
• Acts as a CSR expert for all new initiatives and projects of Network;
• Articulates the Network Road Map, Coordinates actions of people in the different streams and countries
• Reports on progress and alerts on potential issues;
• Validates within the established Governance / Compliance processes all external CSR partners the Network intend to collaborate with;
• Coordonates the SG GSC and SG EBS CSR SPOCs as per Governance
• Prepares and/or validates reports on progress, Budget usage, ensure KPI alignment within the Network with the Group;
• Cooperates with the Network respective Communication teams ensuring the highest external and internal visibility on actions taken.

A little about You:

• You have minimum 5 years experience in CSR activity;
• You have good understanding / experience of CSR streams:
o Diversity & Inclusion
o Sustainability (recycling, waste management, climate, water, agriculture,..)
o Citizenship (supporting social Group in difficulties, Education scolarship funding,..)
• You are passionate for CSR activities and their positive impact on Societyl
• You ideally have a CSR NGO background and / or education;
• You have a good Program Management expertise, and presentation skills;
• Good command of English, French is a plus.
