Job Description

Responsibilities:

Developing automated marketing strategies in promotional, transactional, and trigger campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
Driving engagement and revenue across digital channels: email, push notification, SMS, etc.
Monitoring performance of activity and report back to the team proposing.
Maintaining the CRM calendar and ensure it remains up to date with the latest information.
Developing CRM roadmap, segmentation, and content planning.
Composing creative briefs based upon campaign objectives.
Designing and executing A/B tests to understand and enhance marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

tRequirements:

2-3 years results-focused CRM experience working within a B2C in digital marketing.
Experience working with Solitics, Salesforce, Optimove or other ESP.
An interest in online automated marketing trends & a good understanding of best practice.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Good balance of creative and analytical skills.
Fluent in English.

Considered as an advantage:

HTML/CSS email coding experience.
Knowledge of the gaming field.
Experience with collaboration tools, Trello.
