Are you reliable, well-organised and determined? Do you have an eye for detail? If so, we are looking for a Finance Clerk to support the accounts department of a renowned learning centre in Malta.
What is expected of you?
Handle the collection of debts and issue credit notes
Keep the Receivables Ledger up to date and perform reconciliations
Maintain the Class Ledger, post monthly invoices and allocate debtor receipts
Make sure that customers pay on time, chase debtors as per company’s procedure
Preparation of ad hoc reports respecting monthly/weekly deadlines
Carry out other daily duties whilst assisting the Finance department
What are you expected to bring?
A level in Accounting
Previous local work experience in a similar role
Computer literacy, especially MS Office
Ability to work meticulously and to multitask
Excellent communication skills
