Client Relationship Manager

Job Description

Client Relationship Executive is responsible for handling all clients of the organization (individuals), building a rapport with them, mapping their progress and being the bridge between the organization and the client. Someone who is fantastic with his/her communication skills and is able to convince the clients to associate with the organization in a long term by building a rapport with them, being enthusiastic about problem-solving and retaining the relationship is the right fit.

One should be willing to travel with the other members of the company on a regular basis to meet these clients and be the one point of contact for al business related queries.

The position will involve convincing skills, communication skills, problem-solving and working with internal operations teams to propose solutions to prospective clients. They should have the ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust, highly motivated and results-oriented.


1. Excellent communication skills, convincing skills

2. Willing to travel on a regular basis

3. Handle client grievances and concern pertaining to the details of the business

4. Participate in sales closure with the company

5. Should be flexible with timings and multitasking

6. Should be willing to work on weekends 50% of the time and can take a comp off during the week
