Roles and Responsibilities-
Hands on responsibility to trouble shoot Citrix XenDesktop.
Worked on setting up new Projects or Project migrations.
Have the capability to understand the project requirements and work closely with the projects implementation team
Resolve the Incident/Problem/Change tickets
Working with OEM Vendors
Automation of the repetitive issues & Customer communication
Planning, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
Work closely with the Level 1 and Level 2 Support teams and Support to ensure end to end resolution of incidents and problems.
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal Skills.
