For one of our clients – we're seeking a highly-organized individual for the position Chat Support
Specialist with French, Italian, German and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support and issue resolution to customers, subcontractors and end users via live chat;
Providing great customer experience by managing customer’s expectations;
Offering in-depth product knowledge;
Monitoring and engaging consumer questions;
Ensuring the best consumer experience possible is provided.
If you are:
Fluent in German, French, Italian;
Fluent in both written and spoken English;
Able to find creative ways to express yourself;
Proactive and self-motivated;
Willing to work and communicate in a team;
Willing to learn and develop in a dynamic field;
Have a positive approach towards work.
