For one of our clients - one of the world BPO leaders - we are looking for - Back Office Support Consultant with Czech,Greek, Polish, Turkish, French or German.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Delivering the best professional customer support;
* Manage cases and sub-cases to ensure timely and high quality communication with customers and resolution of all issues;
* Develop a relationship with the customer via live chat in order to ensure improved collaboration and satisfaction in support;
* Ensure that all customers are satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the support they receive.
* Fluent in one of the following languages: Czech, Greek, Polish, Turkish, French or German;
* English language - at least B2 level;
* Experience in customer/technical service is advantage.
