What is expected of you?
Manage and examine the flow of incoming data
Be the point of reference between the Head of Marketing and the Sales team
Ensure efficiency and compliance within the department with regards to policies and procedures
Ensure that targets and KPIs are met, especially with regards to customer response rate
Perform other related tasks as delegated by the HOD
What are you expected to bring?
Be motivated and able to work on own initiative
Organisational and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Experience with email optimization and CRM Systems such as Salesforce and Hubsport will be considered an asset
At least 23 years’ experience in sales or marketing
