GCS Recruitment is searching for an Audit Manager to work with one of the leading corporate service providers in Malta.

Responsibilities include:
• Identifying and managing risks
• Producing reports highlighting issues and providing potential solutions
• Coordinating with the management to take necessary action on audit findings
• Integrating best practices and systems into the audit programs
• Managing a team of at least 8-10 people
• Ensuring compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements
• Reviewing and assessing completion of audits
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns
• Closing off audits
• Meeting with current and potential clients
• Supervising, coaching and developing junior members of staff within teams
• Reporting directly to the managing director
• Any ad hoc tasks directed from the management


• ACCA Qualified and knowledgeable in GAPSME and IFRS
• Previous experience within a managerial role would be considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to make strategic decisions
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Professional and positive attitude towards work
• Excellent leadership ability
