What is expected of you?
Undertake application administration duties together with configuring and maintaining information systems
Implement effective software/solutions within the company using modern technologies
Write and interpret business reports and requirements documentation
Configure and maintain systems and processes
Administer business applications
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and making recommendations to stakeholders
Develop test scripts and documents which may be automated or otherwise
Perform systems analysis whenever required
Assist in other tasks as directed by the Team Leader
What are you expected to bring?
An academic qualification in a relevant field of study at NQF Level 6
Analytics certification or equivalent would be considered an asset
A minimum of three 3 years’ working experience in the area of ICT or Business and Computing
Fluency in both written and oral English
