Affiliate Manager (ref8190)

Job Description

The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving continuous affiliate recruitment and growing the affiliate channel revenue stream. The role will play a key part in defining the development roadmap and identifying opportunities for growth both within the core territories of the business and globally.


Manage affiliate and key partner relationships and deliver recruitment and revenue targets
Introduce innovative promotions to incentivise affiliates and drive customer acquisition
Manage commercial agreements, commission models and short and long-term incentive plans to generate significant growth in affiliate contribution
Have a clear understanding of costs and ROI- lead and develop management reporting to promote affiliates within the business
Identify new opportunities within the market and act quickly to agree deals
Analyse the competitor landscape and utilise best practise to develop the affiliate program
Document affiliate growth strategy and regularly attend senior management meetings to present on targets and progress
Produce and manage elaborate online campaigns for the affiliate program



Previous work experience in an Acquisition, Affiliate or Performance Marketing role
Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Digital Marketing industry a plus!
Fluent English
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
Strong reporting skills
Highly analytical and numerate
Sharp negotiating skills
Ability to work independently and on own initiative to achieve goals
A creative flare and problem-solving nature
