Administrative Secretary

Job Description

- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks.
- Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees in our Company.
- Perform other Human Resources functions
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Oversee and supervise the work of junior staffs.
- Letter writing and Preparation of Proposal
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- creating and maintaining filing systems
- Keeping diaries and arranging appointments;
- Make documentation of all the company's daily inventory
- Prepare Executive's travel itinerary, make travel, meetings, training and other arrangements for staff
- Handle any other duty as may be assigned

Requirements

- Candidates must be between age 23 - 40
- Minimum of two years working experience
