Administrative Assistant

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, managing emails, booking conference rooms and scheduling appointments for the directors. The Administrative Assistant will also order all office supplies and keep the front of the office tidy and welcoming. This person must be detail-oriented and have a sense of urgency. In this role, you will interact with clients and guests and must therefore have a fantastic personality.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

• Answer and direct calls
• Order supplies
• Set up meetings
• Manage all e-mails
• Calendar management
• Organize and maintain files
• Assist with any projects as needed


Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

• 1 year and above of administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Team player
• Excellent organizational skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Know the in's and out's of Microsoft Suite

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree


• AD & D Insurance
• 401(k)..(After 3 months, plus increase in your weekly pay check)
