Administration Clerk

Job Description

We are looking for a star candidate, to join our client’s firm as an Administration Clerk. If you have a flair for administrative tasks and are self-motivated, ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Have extensive diary management skills and provide administrative support to the senior management
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and other events
Compile travel reports and expense claims
Organise documents, compiling lists and archiving
Perform general office management tasks which include coordinating procurement and stocktaking of office supplies, toiletries and utensils within the set budget
Coordinate staff health insurance and liaison with insurance providers
Checking, posting and paying central cost invoices and liaising with the Accounts team where necessary
Take over attendance function in case of absence of the responsible payroll staff
Carry out other related tasks


What are you expected to bring?

Be smart and self-motivated
Eye-for-detail and highly-organised
Previous clerical experience would be considered as an asset
Able to carryout accurate calculations (costings, basic budgets etc)
Must be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
