Account Manager (m/f/d) - Italy

Job Description

Your mission at Visual Meta? As a “Account Manager (m/f/d)” you are a very motivated colleague for our Italian Sales team. You will focus on account management, by supporting and promoting the expansion of our shopping portal as soon as possible.

- You develop and strengthen long term relationships with our partners
- You check daily of our partner shops feeds as well as answer partner enquiries via phone and email
- You update and maintain our CRM database
- You analyze and optimize our partners’ performances and adjust their budgets
- You identify potential upsells as well as contract negotiations
- You are responsible for monthly dunning management
- You work closely with other sales managers and departments such as Quality, Finance, Marketing and IT


- You ideally have 2-4 years of experience in either sales, account management or affiliate marketing, ideally gained in a B2B focused e-commerce company
- You have a native level of Italian and good English skills
- You have excellent communication skills as well as a professional and sympathetic personality
- You have A customer and solution oriented personality that knows how to build and maintain long term relationships
- You love being on the phone and able to present information in a compelling, structured and convincing way
- You have self-dependent working manner and you are able to constantly set the right priorities
- You have good negotiation skills as well as a proactive, organized and detail oriented mindset
- You have a proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point, ideally first experience with a CRM tool
