3D Support Technician (Chinese) Visa required

For one of their IT partners, an innovative 3D-printer project, they are looking for a Chinese service-desk 3D technician to join their growing IT team in Barcelona (Spain) to provide technical support to the Chinese market.

The Job.

Aspects the job will include:

– Providing IT support to remotely resolve hardware/software technical problems and application issues in Chinese
– Triggering an onsite interaction in case the issue cannot be fixed remotely, with an accurate diagnosis to be delivered to for the Field Services Engineer
– Keeping clients informed of the status of their IT case and elevating technical issues as needed
– Documenting case history and interactions with the customers in the Customer Relationship Mgmt.
– Contributing to maintain the Knowledge Mgmt. System (KMS) sharing the technical knowledge with the rest of the organization
– Assisting Care Center Agents, clients and engineers on subjects such as product features, specifications, parts info and compatibility, maintenance routines, educational programs and technical aspects in general, based on customer entitlement
– Assisting the Field Service Engineer during onsite troubleshooting when needed
– Mastering Technical knowledge of 3D printing products/technologies and sharing this knowledge with the customers and engineers

Requirements

The Profile.

You are:

– A native Chinese speaker with fluent English
– A candidate with an engineer-related or technical background
– Highly interested in 3D printing technologies
– Based in Barcelona (Spain) or planning to relocate shortly with a valid working visa for Spain
