There are many reasons to give up a job, whether personal, work dissatisfaction, or because of having received a better job offer. When resigning, it is best to talk face to face with your superior, explain the reasons why you have decided to change jobs, and thank you for the opportunity and learning you have gained during your period as an employee in the company.
After this conversation, you must submit a letter of resignation to the Human Resources department. This letter must be clear, concise and cordial. In turn, it must contain these three parts:

Finally, let the company know that you have the necessary disposition to make your departure as less harmful as possible to the organization. It is not necessary to go into too much detail, and you should not make promises that you will not be able to fulfill.
Also, I would appreciate it if you can consider July 15, 2018, as the date of termination of my labor relations with the company. During my last weeks of employment, I will be at your disposal to train the person who will replace me and perform the necessary tasks to facilitate the transition.
